Inga Headland Seppala

Inga Headland Seppala is a creative director, narrative strategist, and filmmaker drawn to the moment an idea becomes a world someone else can see. She works across film, television, and brands, shaping the visual language and story behind projects before they meet an audience.

Inga founded Seppala Studio (formerly Raging Bees LLC) in 2017. Her work moves between pitch decks, sizzle reels, campaigns, and creative development, often beginning with a deceptively simple question: What does this actually feel like? She has helped writers, directors, and producers give form to stories that are still taking shape, as well as make established ideas feel new again.

Her credits include work connected to Netflix's Russian Doll and Lucasfilm's Star Wars: The Acolyte, alongside independent films, scripted series, documentaries, and brand projects. She teaches visual storytelling and the art of the pitch at film festivals including the Nashville Film Festival and the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival.

Educated at the University of Michigan, Harvard, and USC, Inga brings design and psychology to the same table. She cares about how people see, what they remember, and why certain stories stay with them. Her approach is thoughtful, visually precise, and occasionally irreverent when the room needs it.

Inga lives and works in Nashville with her husband, Seth, and dog, Madge.
